Ranil urges transparency

UNP leader Ranil Wickramasingha has urged President Mahinda Rajapaksa to reveal the proposed constitution changes to the country before it is implemented. Speaking to a select group of reporters Mr. Wickramasingha said that the country was in the dark over the proposed changes and it was being done secretly.
